Governor Ed Rendell’s $2.8 billion economic
stimulus package, the most comprehensive in
the US, and his ongoing commitment to
encourage and support economic development,
particularly in areas of new technology and
higher value add operations are now clearly
showing results. This has allowed the
Governor’s Action Team to create a powerful
toolbox of grants, loans and tax credits
which have been successfully leveraged to
attract over $8.1 billion in private sector
investments.
